Big Four firms make major diversity charts
Ernst & Young, KPMG and PwC make the Business in the Community diversity lists
BIG FOUR FIRMS have ranked in the top ten organisations in a major diversity survey.
Business in the Community’s Gender and Race Benchmarking Survey 2012 has placed the four firms in a number of its top ten unranked lists.
Ernst & Young, KPMG and PwC all make the top ten UK organisations for both ethnicity and gender.
The benchmarking follows a set of workforce metrics, as well as documentary evidence and statements. All submissions went through a two-stage review process.
HM Revenue & Customs made both the gender and diversity public sector charts.
