KBC appoints new CFO
Caroline Brown joins KBC Advanced Technologies as chief financial officer
KBC ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES has appointed Caroline Brown to the board as chief financial officer with immediate effect.
Brown has 12 years’ experience managing global finance functions and as a director of public and private companies, including Petrofac Energy Developments and Gulf Keystone Petroleum, as well as 14 years as a corporate finance advisor to the energy sector with banks including Merrill Lynch, UBS and HSBC.
She is also an experienced non-executive director and has chaired the audit committees of WSP Group and Mirland Development Corporation.
