Robert Kidson leaves RSM Tenon after 20 years to become partner at Moore Stephens
ROBERT KIDSON has been made partner at Moore Stephens after 20 years at Smith and Williamson and then RSM Tenon.
Kidson will oversee corporate finance, advising on mergers, acquisitions and flotations.
He leaves the top ten firm having held various director roles, seeing him responsible for raising private equity and other forms of finance for owner-managed companies.
He has also had a 15-year stint at Smith & Williamson until 2007, before taking a treasury role at the Hull University Union.
Phil Cowan, Moore Stephens’ head of corporate finance, said: “We are delighted that he has agreed to join us as a partner and we look forward to working with him as we continue to build a significant mid-tier corporate finance presence.”
