Mazars creates centre to open dialogue with FTSE 350 companies audit committees and investors
MAZARS HAS OPENED a centre to promote dialogue between FTSE 350 audit committees and investors.
The top 20 firm, along with investor companies Hermes Fund Managers, RPMI Railpen Investments and USS, has launched the Centre for Audit Committee and Investment Dialogue.
The group said the decision to plough ahead with this centre comes at a time when there is increased need to improve the understanding of what audit committees do.
The centre will provide regular opportunities for discussions between audit committee chairs of FTSE 350 companies and investors, as well as short reports on the issues discussed.
