DERBY ACCOUNTANCY FIRM HSKS has joined forces with Burton-upon-Trent firm Greenhalgh Chartered Accountants, creating a new offering with around 75 staff spread across Derby, Burton, Nottingham and Uttoxeter.
A new name has not yet been unveiled and the two will continue trading under their respective monikers until the end of the year.
However, a firm under the name HSKS Greenhalgh has been registered with Companies House, to Greenhalgh’s registered office address.
Greenhalgh chief executive Nigel Shaw said: “It has long been an ambition of ours to have a presence in Derby to serve our client base in the area.”
