CCH acquires Twinfield
Accountancy technology giant Wolters Kluwer acquires online rival Twinfield
SOFTWARE GIANT WOLTERS KLUWER has acquired web based IT business Twinfield.
Wolters Kluwer is one of the largest accountancy technology company’s in the UK.It provides traditional on-premise tax software unders its CCH division to the accountancy profession. Meanwhile Dutch-based Twinfield has been successful in producing online accounting technology.
