Baker Tilly has seen 14 of its equity partners change to a salary remuneration package
BAKER TILLY has seen 14 of its senior staff move from equity partners to salaried partner roles.
The equity partners that have moved to salaried include international CEO Geoffrey Barnes, head of IT advisory Richard Spooner, and six partners from the London office.
A spokeswoman from Baker Tilly said the 14 partners made the decision themselves and were “just changing their remuneration” as they would remain as partners.
She added there would be no change to client services.
According to Accountancy Age’s Top 50 + 50 survey the firm had 117 partners in 2010.
