Amit Aggarwal joins PwC
AMIT AGGARWAL will lead PwC’s retail M&A team in its corporate finance business.
Aggarwal has more than 15 years’ experience in the M&A and private equity sectors, including roles with JP Morgan and Baugur. He was most recently a partner at Retail Partners, a retail-focused advisory business he co-founded.
Stuart McKee, head of M&A at PwC, said the move adds a “significant dimension to the team”.
“We are committed to continue to grow our market share in the retail sector which is a key focus for us.”
