THE FORMER Farepak boss who could be disqualified as a director has joined Bright Futures as a non-executive.
William Rollason, a chartered accountant and former merchant banker, was a chief executive of European Home Retail, the parent company of Farepak. The Insolvency Service applied to the High Court for Rollason, and other directors of Farepak, to be disqualified as directors two weeks ago.
Rollason is currently chairman of Paramount Food Holdings, the owner of the Chez Gerard restaurant chain. He also served as a director of Jessops, which went into voluntary liquidation in January 2010.
