BFS and Hillier announce merger
Firms say merger will strengthen their market position
Accounting firms Hillier Hopkins and BFS Accountants have merged to make a
create a firm with 24 partners and 100 staff.
Hillier, which ranked 56 in the Accountancy Age Top 50 +50 survey, said the
firms have complimentary skills.
“We are delighted to have linked up with BFS Accountants Ltd. Our two firms
have complementary skills and client bases. The merger will enable us to
strengthen our market position in Aylesbury,” said Hillier managing partner
Colin Howe.
Chris Smith, Mmanaging director at BFS Accountants, said the merged firm can
now provide that extra breadth of technical and practical advice “which is
important in today’s regulatory environment”.
