Multi nationals ready for anti avoidance reform

Details due for controlled foreign companies

Details of the reform of the anti tax avoidance regime for multi-national
companies should be revealed this week, according to a report in the
Financial Times.

An overhaul was announced in the emergency Budget but this week’s publication
should be the first opportunity multi-nationals have to look at the detail.

The changes will affect controlled foreign companies and should be available
tomorrow (Tuesday).
