Christopher Laughton and Steven Smith take on Maple Leaf Consultancy administration
Mercer & Hole administrators
are appointed liquidators to financial advisory business Maple Leaf Consultancy.
Christopher Laughton and Steven Smith were named liquidators at an
extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held by the business on 26 May 2010.
The administrators seem to be confident however that creditors will see their
debts repaid.
A note from Laughton, posted on London Gazette, said: “All known creditors
have been or will be paid in full.”
Maple Leaf Consultancy chairman Michael Hepher announced at the EGM that the
business is to be placed in a members voluntarily liquidation and wound up
immediately.
The administrators are requesting all creditors get in touch with them on or
before 25 June regarding their debts.
