SEC names new CFO
Kenneth Johnson is the new CFO of the SEC
Kenneth Johnson is the Securities and Exchange Commission’s new CFO.
Johnson has served as acting CFO for much of the past year. He will lead its
Office of Financial Management, handling the budget, finance and accounting
operations.
“His deep experience in the financial arena will be incredibly valuable as we
grow as an agency,” said Mary Schapiro.
Johnson, 37, joined the SEC in 2003 as a management analyst in the Office of
the Executive Director.
