    HMRC podcast reveals new adviser plans

    HMRC unveils plans to improve relationship with advisers, on its latest podcast

    The taxman has talked about how it is looking to improve its service for
    advisers on its latest podcast.

    Brian Redford, director of HMRC’s agents and employers service improvement
    programme, talks about dedicating phone lines to advisers’ queries, and offering
    more and simplified services to the tax community.
