AIDB to consider iSoft probe

AIDB to consider iSoft probe

Accountancy Investigation Discipline Board will consider iSoft audit probe next

The AIDB has placed the auditing of battered software provider iSoft on its
agenda and will consider next week whether it should undertake a investigation
into the company.

An AIDB spokesman told The Times that iSoft would be
discussed at a meeting on 14 September.

iSoft was audited by RSM Robson Rhodes before the accountancy firm was
replaced by Deloitte last year.

The company is already facing an FSA investigation after it was forced to
wipe off millions of pounds in profits because of aggressive accounting
policies.
