M&S lawyers move to new roles at DLA Piper
DLA Piper Rudnick has poached part of the legal team running the group
litigation orders.
Simon Airey, Waseem Khokhar, Michael Anderson and Aaron Stephens, formerly at
Dorsey & Whitney where they worked on ECJ claims including the M&S case,
have all gone to DLA Piper as part of the firm’s tax investigations and disputes
team.
The four will join DLA Piper in January 2006.
