Durrant takes over as Premier Oil FD
City Banker Tony Durrant appointed new financial director of Premier Oil.
Tony Durrant will replace John van der Welle as the finance director of Premier Oil.

Durrant, who has been handling the auction of oil and gas explorer First Calgary for Lehman Brothers, will join Premier Oil on July 1.
‘Over the past two years Premier had the reputation as an unlucky explorer, but now the analysts are getting more positive,’ an industry watcher told The Times after the announcement.
Durrant, 46, is currently the managing director of corporate finance at Lehman’s European arm.
