The 1 in 8 Group, a charity which challenges the portrayal of disabled people in the media, is looking for an accountant to join as a trustee.

The group, formed in September 1995, comprises actors, directors, producers and writers. It takes its name from the proportion of disabled people in society, and has Dame Judi Dench, Lord Rix and Lord Swinfen as patrons (pictured is Cherie Booth at a recent event). It now needs a qualified accountant to help with its business and general affairs. If you can help, contact Claire Lewis at 8 Kelross Road, London N5 2QS (0171-226 5060).
