Self-assessment hotline fits the bill

Neville Russell has launched a telephone helpline to aid taxpayers struggling with self-assessment. Callers to Tax Advice by Phone will receive the first two minutes of each call free to allow a quick assessment, then the system automatically debits #30 from the client’s bank account or credit card. Each call is followed up with a written report and a full refund of the fee is offered against future charges should a Neville Russell office be consulted further.
