Nokia has completed its £816m acquisition of Norwegian software company Trolltech.
Following the green light from the European Commission earlier this month, Nokia bought up all but a handful of shares outstanding in the company.
The acquisition will add a range of software assets to Nokia's existing portfolio, particularly for its Ovi platform.
The company plans to integrate the Trolltech team to speed up its development of cross-platform software for mobile devices and desktop applications, and further develop its internet services business.
The Oslo Stock Exchange will delist Trolltech on 17 June.
