Grant Thornton acquires consultancy LECG

Grant Thornton has acquired financial services management consultancy LECG.

The deal also sees Grant Thornton's US arm aquire LECG's stateside audit and tax advisory business.

LECG's Chris Tattersall and Alex Woodhouse will be appointed partners of Grant Thornton UK LLP.

Last year LECG mearged with SMART business consultancy.
