Budget 06: New carbon emission bandings for cars

Chancellor Gordon Brown has reijigged rates for levies on pollution-producing vehicles. For those creating almost no pollution, their is no levy to pay. The bandings go up from £40 to £100, £125, £150, £190 and £210 for the most polluting vehicle.
