Following the appointment of Amanda Kelly and Claire Hall, the PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) government and public sector team now numbers more than 75 partners and around 1400 staff in the UK.

Kelly joins as a partner in the area of children’s and adult care services, acting as the central focal point, leading business development and overseeing the delivery of services in this area. She previously led Deloitte’s children’s services and adult social care service line.

Hall also joins as a partner and will focus on the firm’s work for the Ministry of Defence. She was previously a partner at Accenture and its director of operations for public service practice and has 18 years of experience of serveral public sector departments.

'Our two new partners will further help our clients manage through an increasingly difficult economic climate and advise on issues affecting government and the public sector,' Jon Sibson, lead partner, government and public sector, said.
