Harlow Town Football Club has entered into a company voluntary arrangement.
Entering into the insolvency process will see the Ryman Division One club docked ten points.
Under the CVA, the petition wind up the club by the taxman will now be dropped, and insolvency experts from Hodgsons confirmed that creditors will receive a dividend on their claims, as long as the club complies with the CVA.
"Harlow Town F.C has done what was necessary to give the Club a chance to re-emerge and try and rebuild itself in a more stable, financial position with the support of the town," said Hodgsons' David Mond, supervisor of the CVA.
