CODA launches web-based CODA 2go

CODA had announced it is moving beyond testing to offer its new internet-based accounting system CODA2go on a free 30-day trial basis as part of a move to capitalise on growing interest in using software housed on the web.

CODA 2go, a software as a service (SaaS) system, has been tested with several companies in the US and UK. One of the companies testing the system said it planned to extend their use of the service.

A monthly subscription model is the main basis for offering CODA 2go.

Internet based software is a development of the last couple of years and other systems include Kashflow for small businesses and Netsuite with its CRM product.

CODA said CODA 2go is the first SaaS product to be available on the force.com platform from salesforce.com.
