Retail Assist scores an ISO first

VAR seals gold standard ISO accreditation following successful BSI audit process

Retail Assist has claimed it is the first retail-specific reseller in the UK to achive ISO 20000 accredation.

ISO 20000 sets out best practice for IT service providers along with a framework for continuous improvement.
