Northgate nets council deal

Bullish VAR Northgate Information Services has sealed a partnership with Swale Borough Council.

The contract, worth more than £50,000, will ensure public enquires are addressed through joining the council’s administrative management to environmental health, housing and citizen feedback.
Russell Osborne, managing director for land and property at Northgate, said: “Local authorities across the country are seeking to deliver continuously improving
services for their citizens.
“Swale has taken a bold step in providing an innovative service that promotes public engagement and cuts down on needless bureaucracy. Northgate anticipates that where Swale has led, others will follow.”
Mark Radford, corporate services director at Swale Borough Council, said: “Swale Council is delighted to work in partnership with Northgate to provide services that place the citizen at the heart of public services.”
