Value-added distributor Centia has rebranded under the DNS Arrow name
following its acquisition last year.
The rebranding follows DNS Arrow’s acquisition of Centia and AKS, which was
formally ratified in September 2007. The move officially brings new vendor
products from companies including Citrix and VMWare under the DNS Arrow
portfolio.
Steve Pearce, managing director of DNS Arrow, said: "The acquisition of
Centia has provided us with an opportunity to create innovative solutions for
our partners that meet their customers’ end-to-end needs in storage and data
consolidation, network management, remote office consolidation and mobility.
"Crucially, we are now a leading player in the growing virtualisation space
and this business will play a major role in realising our goal of being the
number one value-added solutions distributor in the UK.”
Yuri Pasea, Divisional Director at DNS Arrow (formerly Centia) added: “This
marks the final stage of our integration into the DNS Arrow business and we look
forward to a unified future with an exciting portfolio of products, including
emerging technologies within the access and virtualisation market.”
