The Lynx deal follows BT's August acquisition of reseller Basilica Computing. The purchases will help the telecoms giant cater to the needs of small-to-medium enterprises, according to BT Business managing director Bill Murphy.

“The Lynx Technology expertise complements that of Basilica Computing and combined with our existing operation will enable us to give our customers genuinely converged communication and IT solutions," he said.
