The Inland Revenue is circulating its final guidelines on the IR35 contractors' tax change.

The Inland Revenue is circulating its final guidelines on the IR35 contractors' tax change. The tax agency has said the only contractors who will be exempt from the changes are those who work from home, or who are on contracts of less than a month. Most contractors, who work on multiples of three months, will have to pay about an extra 25% in tax.
