IFRS - Hidden dangers of acquisition
A New Year brings fresh resolutions and among business leaders this could take the form of an effort to grow their businesses through acquisition. But beware, launching a bid to buy a major player in your sector may not produce the instant boost to balance sheets that it might once have done.
