The 2002 FD Salary Survey

In a year that hasn't been kind to investors, it may be surprising to see that the job of a FTSE-100 financial director pays a lot better than it did in last year's survey. Salaries are 12% higher, and their total package is now worth £605,000, an overall rise of 14%. There are more FDs in the million-pound- a-year bracket than last year - and they're getting younger, too.
