Andrew Penman leaves Smith & Williamson after 16 years to join PKF
Andrew Penman has joined PKF’s London team as personal tax director.
Penman has spent 16 years at Smith & Williamson in its private client tax
services team.
His efforts have mainly focused on tax planning for non-UK domiciled
individuals and for those coming to the UK to live and work.
He has also assisted private client investment management firms in designing
their annual tax reporting and capital gains tax planning systems.
“The current economic climate in the UK, alongside the new coalition
government, means the tax landscape has already undergone a raft of changes and
there will be more to come,” said Penman.
