Reginald Webb will join the board of RGI International as an independent non-executive director
A FORMER PARTNER at PwC has been appointed to the board of a Moscow-based developer company.
Reginald Webb has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of RGI International, an AIM-listed developer of residential and retail properties. He retired as partner of PwC Central and Eastern Europe in December 2010, having spent 40 years in the accounting profession. He had held several positions at the firm, including chair of the supervisory board and chair of the PWC CCE audit committee. He is a fellow of the ICAEW.
Webb will sit on the nomination and remuneration committees of RGI International, and chair the audit committee.
