Mark Bierley resigns after 12 years at Borders
Borders
chief financial officer Mark Bierley has resigned after 12 years
with the book-selling business.
Bierley led the group through its refinancing earlier in the year, and
oversaw its sale of Paperchase.
“I appreciate the many contributions Mark has made to the company,” said
Borders CEO Mike Edwards.
Vice-president Glen Tomaszewski has been named as interim CFO, and Bierley
will help out with the transition.
