RTC FD steps down

Mark Kendall resigns from the recruiter

RTC Group plc has announced the resignation of its finance director.

Mark Kendall has resigned from the AIM-listed recruiter with immediate effect to pursue other interests.

He joined RTC group PLC in 2007 as group financial controller, a position he held until his appointment to the board.

Andrew Bailey will take over Mark’s financial and company secretary responsibilities.

Bailey, a chartered accountant by profession, has worked as both managing director and chief operating officer of the RTC Group. He is a former managing director of Sanderson CFL Ltd.

Bill Douie, executive chairman of the RTC group, said: “We are grateful to Mark for his loyal and diligent service to the group.”
