Chief executive hopes to avoid court date with HMRC
Cardiff City FC have voiced confidence that the club can avoid a winding up
order brought in relation to a PAYE tax debt.
The club expects a winding up petition to be lodged by HM Revenue &
Customs in early August, according to the
BBC.
Club chief executive Gethin Jenkins is quoted saying he believes the club can
avoid the court room clash adding that Cardiff City expect to be paying money to
the taxman in the next few weeks.
