KPMG ADMINISTRATORS have been appointed to aerospace suppliers Blade Tooling and Blade Technology.
Will Wright and Mark Orton were announced as joint administrators to the Pershore and Worcestershire business.
Will Wright, restructuring director at KPMG, said: “Trading conditions have been tough through the recession and unfortunately the businesses have suffered as a result.
“Despite the directors’ and partners’ best efforts, it has proved impossible to secure a required sale and they had no option but to request our appointment.”
The company will continue to trade and there have been no redundancies to the 65-strong workforce.
