A boardroom reshuffle at trading software company
Lombard Risk
Management has seen the appointment of a new finance director.
Chris Langridge joins the board as FD and COO. Langridge has served in senior
financial roles in several AIM companies. He qualified as a chartered accountant
at Ernst & Young, working for many years in the US and Hong Kong.
He most recently worked with RCapital as chairman of several of its investee
companies, most notably Herald Electronics.
John Wisbey, its new chief executive officer, said: “At executive level Chris
Langridge will bring with him heavyweight experience of achieving operational
excellence and structure and achieving growth while seeing through efficiency
and cost reduction programmes.”
Its share price has risen 25p to £3.62 since the markets opened this morning
(30 April).
