Media has appointed former 3i FD Brian Larcombe as a non-executive
director.
Larcombe joined 3i in 1974, appointed director of finance and planning in
1994 during which time he led the investment business’ successful stock market
float.
He retired in 2004 having served as its chief executive. He also holds
positions at Smith and Nephew, F&C Asset Management and Gate Gourmet Group.
“I am delighted that he is to join our Board and I am confident that his very
considerable experience will benefit Incisive Media as we continue to develop
our business and pursue our international growth strategy,” said Incisive’s
chairman Helen Alexander.
