Grant Thornton finds buyer for Axeon
Power systems company spends less than one day in administration
The administrators of power systems supplier Axeon have announced that a
buyer has been found for the company.
Grant Thornton’s Malcolm Shierson and David Dunckley said that Axeon would be
wholly acquired by multinational foreign trade and logistics company AG
Holdings.
AG Holdings said it would provide Axeon with the financial resources to
pursue an ambitious development plan. It added that the acquisition will not
result in disruption to customer and supplier relationships.
