Training and information provider LexisNexis has launched an online tracking and analysis service providing data on indirect tax cases across Europe.

The EU Tax Case Tracker incorporates information from tax cases as they progress through the European Court.

Data contained on the tracker is supplied by an editorial board of 16 EU tax consultants, practising in EU jurisdictions.

Josh Bottomley, managing director of LexisNexis UK, said the adoption of the tracker will enable businesses to manage concerns over EU tax rulings.

'Keeping up to date with European tax cases is essential and…businesses will be able to find the full judgment, HMRC guidance, links to legislation and commentary related cases,' he said.
