The deadline for entries to the 2008 Accountancy Age Awards has been extended one week to 1 August.
Accountancy Age can reveal that former HM Revenue & Customs chairman Paul Gray will be joining the judging panel.
Also joining the panel is Margaret Ewing, former finance director at BAA. Now vice chairman at Deloitte, Ewing is the leading mentor to top level FDs. Tom Blacksell, CEO of CapGemini in the UK, completes a trio of big name signings.
They join judges already confirmed including Ian Dyson, FD at Marks & Spencer, Sam DiPiazza, chief executive of PricewaterhouseCoopers International and Alex Horne, managing director of Wembley Stadium.
