BDO Stoy Hayward has appointed 10 partners from within the firm

BDO Stoy Hayward has appointed 10 partners - all from within of the firm, effective as of 5 July 2008, which are in addition to 10 direct entry partners so far in the current financial year as well as the 11 partners appointed from within the firm in April.

Jeremy Newman, BDO Stoy Hayward managing partner, said the latest promotions demonstrated the firm’s continued commitment to invest in ‘great people and to ensure we have the capability for continued growth’. ‘Our ability to promote from within is also a clear sign of the firm’s depth of home-developed talent,’ he said.

Seven of the new partners are based in London and the remaining three are located in Southampton, Glasgow and Leeds.

They are:
Paul Anthony, (Southampton, Business Assurance);
Christopher Clark (London, Corporate Finance); Kaley Crossthwaite, (London, Forensic Services); Fiona Fernie, (London, Forensic Services); Suneel Gupta, (London, Business Assurance); Helen Jones, (London, Tax); Andrew McNamara, (Glasgow, Business Assurance); David Mitchell, (London, Forensic Services);
Sam Surrey (London, Corporate Finance); and Jason Whitworth, (Leeds, Corporate Finance)
