Debts.co.uk FD cut out following takeover

Richard Arden replaced as FD by Trevor Moore from the recently acquired Relax Group

The finance director of debt management company Debts.co.uk has been ousted from his position following the company’s acquisition of Relax Group.

Richard Arden is being replaced by Trevor Moore, who joined Debts.co.uk when Relax was bought in May. Previously , Moore had been director of number of companies within the Relax Group and is also currently a director of Talk Financial Limited and a number of charities. Debts.co.uk specialises in organising individual and company voluntary arrangements for those struggling with debts

The board said Arden had left the group ‘by mutual consent to pursue other interests’ and thanked him for his contribution.
