One of the UK’s largest commercial landlords, Mapeley, has appointed Nicholas Friedlos as chief financial officer.
Friedlos has more than 25 years accounting and finance experience and is a former PwC partner. Friedlos has been working in the property industry for the last ten years most recently as an executive director of Derwent London plc. He has also held the position of finance director at both London Merchant Securities plc and Land Securities Trillium.

Mapeley is a Guernsey-based property company whose core business is the acquisition, ownership and management of a diverse portfolio of commercial properties throughout the UK let to government and strong credit quality tenants.
The company owns over £2bn of freehold assets, manages leasehold assets, provides facilities management services and carries out projects and refurbishment work. Its estate covers 2.4 million square metres and 1,677 assets.
