Ian Powell, the incoming senior partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, has announced his management team.
Barry Marshall becomes head of tax, replacing Richard Collier-Keywood, who becomes managing partner.
Kevin Ellis will take the role of head of advisory, vacated by Powell.
There are no women on the new team. Moira Elms is on Kieran Poynter's management board as head of marketing and communications, but will not be part of Powell's team.
Richard Sexton remains head of assurance.
James Chalmers takes on a role as head of 'Strategy and Talent', while Owen Jonathan will be General Counsel. Kevin Nicholson will be head of regions, while Paul Rawlinson heads up markets and Keith Tilson is CFO.
Powell said: 'The executive board brings together a breadth and depth of experience and talent. I look forward to working closely with this team to deliver consistently outstanding service to our clients and to attract, develop and retain the best people as a part of the team at PwC.
'There are a number of new roles and individuals on the Board and I believe the balance of experience, creativity, skill and personality will further enhance our strategy for growth as we continue to bring innovative thinking to our clients, invest in our people and support the wider community,' he added.
