Written by AccountancyAge.com

After former mayor Ken Livingstone gave the nod, the administrators from Ernst & Young (E&Y) yesterday applied to court to appoint the date when Metronet can be handed over to Transport for London (TfL).

The hearing of the application for when transfer schemes to transfer the business undertaken by Metronet to two subsidiaries of TfL will come into force, will take place on May 23.

E&Y said creditors had been advised of the details of the court hearing and the terms of the transfer schemes.
