Administrators from Menzies Corporate Restructuring brought in to handle UK activities for the stricken airline

Written by David Jetuah

Partners from Menzies Corporate Restructuring have been appointed as joint administrators at Eos, the airline which is currently embroiled in a Chapter 11 case.

Geoff Bouchier and John Norris will be spearheading UK efforts to find buyers for the business or assets of Eos, which has taken steps to protect itself from creditors by filing a Chapter 11 petition in New York.
