A referee at the centre of a high-profile row over a disputed penalty is facing questions from a different quarter - this time from the Dutch taxman, it has emerged.
Dutch referee Pieter Vink caused grief to Arsenal fans last week when he failed to award a penalty against Liverpool's Dirk Kuyt in their crucial Champions League clash.
Vink has also angered the Dutch tax authorities however, the Sun reported.
He is one of several referees under investigation by the Dutch authorities.
Dutch FA director Henk Kesler said: 'The investigation is about incomes that our international referees have had from European or world football associations.'
